When you are reporting a problem, please include the following information:

  • Name and Version of Application you are running
  • Operating System&Version on your local machine
  • Type of drive being scanned (Local or Network) - (Disk Triage)
  • Type of System containing the drive being scanned (Windows, Unix, Netware) (Disk Triage)

The more information you can provide - the quicker we can solve your issue or answer your question.
