When you choose the Copy button - it will present you with the following screen below. Here you can customize the copy action. You can choose to keep the same directory structure when you copy, overwrite existing files and choose the directory to copy the files to.





Keep Directory Structure
   This option allows you to keep(or create) the same directory structure in the target directory as you have in the directory being copied from. This is very handy when you want to keep the copied files in the same structure as from where they were coming from.

Overwrite if it exists
   This option will force the copy to overwrite an existing file of the same name in the same directory. If you do not check this and a file exists in the target directory structure - then the copy will fail and that file will be added to the error report shown at the end of the actions.

Copy To Directory
   This option allows you to specify the target directory for the copy. Note that if the Keep Directory Structure is checked the directory structure from the source directory will be created under this directory.
