When you select the File List Report - the following options screen appears. It should be noted that the files that will appear in the report are the same as those that made up the sizing. This means that if you have Selection criteria or specified something File Specs other than *.* - you may not see all the files in the directory - but only those that were included in the sizing.
Include Sub-directory Files
This option allows the user to include all the files in all the directories beneath the currently selected one. If this option is not checked - then only the files in the current directory are printed.
Include File Owner Information
This option allows the user to choose to include/print the owner of the files in the report. Note: This can cause the report to be slower than normal.
Include Compressed Size Information
This option allows the user to choose to include/print the compressed size of the files in the report.
Total Files for Report
This number shows the estimated number of files that will be included in the report.
Estimated Report Size
This number shows the estimated number of pages that will be in the report. It should be noted that both this value and the value for Total Files for Report above are as accurate as possible - but files may be added/deleted by other users if it is being run against a network drive.
