When you select the Permissions Report - the following options screen appears. It should be noted that the Permissions Report starts printing at the currently selected node - not necessarily at the top of the tree.

Level to Print Below Selected Node
This option allows the user to choose how many levels of subdirectories to print below the selected directory. So - if you specify '2' in this field - then the currently selected directory will print - and all directories that are no more than two levels below the selected directory. If you set the field to '-1' as in the screen shot above - there is no restriction and all directories will print.

Show Full Directory Names
This field determines whether or not the report shows full directory names or just the current directory name. As directory names can get very long, we recommend that you do not normally select this options.

Show Only Visible Branches
This option tells the report to only print the branches of the treeview that are currently open and visible. This way you can configure the tree the way you want the report to look - and then print it.

Show Only Differences
This option is unique to Disk Triage. If selected - then the report will only print directories and thier permissions where the permissions do not match those assigned to the selected directory in the tree. So with this option you can tell the report to show you sub-directories that have different permissions assigned than the selected directory.

Show Files
This option allows the user to show the permissions assigned to the Files in the directories as well as the directories themselves. NOTE: This can produce some extremely large reports if there are a large number of directories/files.
