The Email link on the about box is a great way to get support. Not only will it setup an email to support@timeacct.com, but it will also populate that email with various information that can help us answer your question quickly.
Note: Please include the following information when sending an email for support or bug report:
- What version of Windows are you running?
- Details about your Disks and file systems (size and type FAT, FAT32, NTFS, etc)
- Version of Disk Triage. (Menu Help/About to get Version #)
- Description of the problem
- What you were doing when it occurred
- Can you reproduce it
- What is the exact message you receive
