We provide full technical support for Disk Triage. The best way to contact support is via email - support@timeacct.com. This way you can include all the details of your issue or question. We usually respond to emails within a few hours. If you would like to talk to a support person then you can contact us via phone at (604) 828-DISK (3475)

The Email link on the about box is a great way to get support. Not only will it setup an email to support@timeacct.com
, but it will also populate that email with various information that can help us answer your question quickly.

Note: Please include the following information when sending an email for support or bug report:

   - What version of Windows are you running?
   - Details about your Disks and file systems (size and type – FAT, FAT32, NTFS, etc)
   - Version of Disk Triage. (Menu – Help/About to get Version #)
   - Description of the problem
   - What you were doing when it occurred
   - Can you reproduce it
   - What is the exact message you receive

   - NOTE: You cannot include too much information here!
