Take Ownership

This action allows you to take ownership of the selected files. The program will change the owner of the files to the current profile that is running this Windows session. It will work provided the current user has the proper Windows authority to the selected file(s).

This is a great feature for working with government regulations on privacy and acts such Sarbanes Oxley in the United States or Bill 198 in Canada. With this feature you can ensure that files always have a proper owner and are therefore considered auditable under government regulations.
