Highlight Tree Nodes
This feature allows the user to highlight in 'Red' any tree node that meets the specified criteria. You select the value(column) in the tree you want to compare (Size, Files, Actual Size, Wasted Space, # of Directories), then how you want to compare it (=, <, <=, >, >=) - and then finally the value you want to compare to. Then Hit F5 to refresh the tree.

The tree will then show any rows that meet the criteria by changing the text color to Red. It is a great way to quickly show you directories that are exceeding your threshold criteria.

Appearance

Show Grid

This checkbox allows you to turn on/off the full grid on the Tree.

Show Accumulated
This checkbox field allows you to choose how you want the sizing information displayed in the treeview. If you check this field then the program will show you the sizes - including the sizes for all sub-directories. If you un-check this field then the program will show you the size, number of files, etc for only this directory - ignoring any sub-directories. You can switch the display by checking or unchecking the field and then hitting the F5 key.

Show Full Dir Name
This option allows the user to choose whether they want to see the fully qualified directory name in the tree or not. If the field is not checked then only the current directory name shows in the tree view. We find that while the full path can be useful - the best option is to leave this unchecked.

Column Color
This column of rectangles allows you to choose the color for the corresponding column. When you click on a rectangle - you will be presented with a dialog that allows you to choose the color for that column. Note: Use light colors - as dark ones will make the text in the tree harder to read.

Activity
This section allows the user to choose whether they want to gather the Activity information by number of days prior to the scan - or by a certain date range. The activity information gathered is displayed in the columns of the TreeView.
