When you are reporting a problem, please include the following information:
- Version of Application you are running
- Operating System & Version on your local machine
- Type of drive being scanned (Local or Network)
- Type of System containing the drive being scanned (Windows, Unix, Netware)
The more information you can provide - the quicker we can solve your issue or answer your question.
We suggest that when sending a support email that you click on the email link on either the Registration or About dialogs. These links will create and populate the email with some basic support information. You can then customize the email with your particular question before sending it.
