When you are reporting a problem, please include the following information:

  1. Name and Version of Application you are running
  2. Operating System&Version on your local machine
  3. The more information you can provide - the quicker we can solve your issue or answer your question.

From time to time an issue can be resolved quickly just by sharing a screen. We use Team Viewer for doing this. We have two customized downloads for this that is set to connect to our systems.
